I have been appointed as Acting Secretary to assist with
the Secretary duties from David Haywood while he recovers
from his illness and I am sure you will all join me in wishing
him well on his road to recovery.
Many members of the league will know me from my 35 years
involvement with junior football, whether it be from this
league, the Walsall Schools’ Football Association or
latterly with the Staffs Charity Cup. I look forward to again
working with you all.
Like all leagues, we have a hard-working committee that consists
of dedicated volunteers but we are always on the lookout for
any people out there who may be willing to join us.
Many positions are currently vacant including that of club
representatives and if you have the time and would like to
pass on your knowledge and skills, as well as gaining some
yourself, then we would be grateful of your assistance.
